Project Description: This federal aid project will reconstruct Arctic Boulevard between Dimond Boulevard and Raspberry Road. Included are: unclassified excavation, borrow, grading, curb & gutter, sidewalk, paving, storm system modifications, bridge modifications, lighting, signal systems, landscaping, and miscellaneous.

As of September 19, 2001, two-way traffic is available on Arctic Blvd. between Dimond and Raspberry. QAP’s work on the bike path, sidewalks, and bridge will continue until further notice.
